Almond Orchards 2015

It's officially SPRING! And in honor of all things new and bright and beautiful, I'd like to share a few photos of my boys from our almond orchard session last month. Photos in the almond orchards have been on my photography bucket list for a few years now and thanks to my Sister in law, we made it happen this year!

Kinley in the Wildflower Field

I have driven past these vacant fields for years...and every year about this time (spring comes in February in SoCal, I guess?) I see the wildflowers and think, 'I've got to come back and get some photos!' And when I eventually do, the wildflowers are gone. It's happened this way for about the last 3-4 years, and so I'm very excited to finally have caught the flowers on camera! And with the cutest of subjects, I might add! Every time I take Miss Kinley's photos I end up with great shots...she's the happiest, hammiest little girl I know!
